the most outstanding and conscientious serviceman I
have ever had he pleasure of meeting. I have used
Las Vegas Heating and Air Conditioning for a long time and Bill Bailey is the best one
yet. I just can't adequately describe how pleased I
was with him today. Please don't let him get away! A
belated "thank you" for doing the drip pan at my
condenser last summer here at Las Vegas. It sure did
eliminate the problem.

you and your crew for a job well done. Your advice
and prompt responses were always a great help during
the decision phase, and your personal dedication and
commitment to get us the right solution was a
significant factor in choosing the heating and
cooling solution from Las Vegas Heating and Air Conditioning.
The service crew however also made a significant
contribution to our decision to go with Home Air
Conditioning and Heating.
During prior service visits your crew was always
friendly and professional and this was repeated
during the actual installation and duct cleaning
last week. Special mention goes to the way you
personally helped us get to the point where as AHS
has to admit, that old heat exchangers were cracked.
This enabled us to get the AHS warranty cash payout.
We now feel that we have an optional solution for
our needs, even though it will probably take us
longer to assess if any adjustments may be needed.

staff for providing us with an overdue heating and
air conditioning unit. Hopefully, this will bring
additional accolades when we receive our first
electricity bill since its installation. We have
been more comfortable than before and are counting
on a cost effective result.

particular Mitchell, who tirelessly installed the units
and Bill, who patiently followed through with the

| I am writing to comment on the installation of
my Trane XL16i High Efficiency Air Conditioner and
Two Stage Gas Furnace last week.
In addition to being well built with many comfort
features, it is very attractive.
Your technicians,
Bill and Michael, were
outstanding in their work. They were prompt; kept
moving at a steady pace without rushing the
schedule. They were very tidy, put down drop cloths
around the work area in the house and were very
careful both inside and outside the house. They
checked/corrected some minor details as they went
along and did a first class installation job.
I know I will enjoy many years of comfort from
the new system.

| I would like to express my appreciation for the
excellent service that has been extended to me and
my late husband. Last November Bill Bailey came to our
home to give us an estimate for duct cleaning and
possible air conditioning replacement. From the
moment he entered our home we sensed what a
gentleman he was. He assessed our needs in a cordial
and efficient manner. We were given written
estimates and a time for the duct cleaning. As it
turned out my husband's condition worsened and he
was hospitalized. In January of this year he passed
away.
Bill had stayed in touch with me, calling from
time to time to see if I was ready for the work to
start. In March we set up a time. Due to rainy
weather I believe we had to reschedule at least
twice. I appreciate so much your patience with me in
the matter. The day Bill installed the air
conditioning unit was beautiful. They were careful
about laying drop cloths, moving furniture and
generally very efficient not to mention the way they
cleaned up during and after their job.
Mitchell and "Billy" were equal to their task
also. They showed up on time ready to go and
exhibited the same courtesy and efficiency as Bill. Being respectful of my home and its
furnishings.
In conclusion I want to thank you for being fair
in adjusting the fees due to some unavoidable
damages. Again thanks to Bill who stuck with me
through the whole process. You have a valuable
employee in this young man.
