We work closely with Worcester Bosch and all our boiler installations come with a Worcester backed guarantee. We can also repair any make or model and you can be assured of professional, quality workmanship. No matter how big or small your heating or plumbing problem we can resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Annual Boiler Services
Don’t be left out in the cold this winter! Regularly servicing your boiler ensures it is combusting fuel safely and efficiently. Either leaking water on the electrics or rusting flue pipes run the risk of carbon monoxide fumes bouncing back into your home.
Having your boiler serviced annually means that your engineer will be able to identify any problems with your boiler and address them before they do any major (and costly!) damage. Problems with your boiler, no matter how small they may be, will only get worse the longer you ignore them. Don’t neglect your boiler all summer and only for it to break down when you turn the heating on in September! We can offer a full service from only £59.95.
Our heating engineers are qualified to advise on whether your current boiler and heating system might be costing you more than it should to run. If it’s time to upgrade, you’ll find a new boiler and/or system that will run more reliably and could even reduce your gas bill by up to a half in some cases.

Landlord Gas Safety Inspections
Look after your tenants. If you are renting out a property you have a legal responsibility to ensure the safety of gas appliances on your premises.
​
The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 deal with landlords’ duties to make sure gas appliances, fittings and flues provided for tenants are safe. Landlords must undertake an annual Gas Safety Inspection per dwelling. Pipework, appliances and flues must be maintained in a safe condition.
​
A Safety Inspection Record must be provided to your tenant within 28 days of the checks being completed or to new tenants before they move in. An annual gas safety check must be carried out on all gas appliances including the flue.
LV Heating can offer you a yearly Boiler Service and Landlord Certificate from £85.95 to keep you within government guidelines.
